Wont take or import photos on iPhone 6 Plus

After taking a Photo or importing from the camera roll the editing screen appears, black where the photo should be and just the loading/thinking spinner. Controls at the bottom can be revealed at first, but eventually become unresponsive. Photos will not load at all for me, EVER, in this app. Only the Delete button in the top-left actually works.
